Version A5 - Releasing 8 August

Hello, after having made version 4 twice (normal axes and reinforced axes) I was impatiently waiting for version 5 because I often had blockages. With version 5 it is a delight, not the slightest problem in 150 hours of printing. I have an assembly with the buffer below the printer and with a distance of 1.20m. Bravo and thank you for this version which works perfectly I am delighted.

for such cases, I have created an MK4S profile without MMU3S. I then pull the PTFE tube off the output side of the MMU3S and feed the TPU through it into the Nextruder. The MMU3S must then be deactivated in the printer settings. It’s a bit awkward, but it works. When the TPU is ready, reattach the PTFE tube to the MMU3S, reactivate it in the settings, and you’re done.

I printed the front roller sleeves in PETG but they won’t go onto the front rollers, being way too rigid. I have a MK4S with MMU3 and there are no profiles to print TPU with this — everyone says this is hard. Do you have any suggestions how to print the TPU parts without me having to de-modify my MK4S to print TPU?

Looks like the front rollers and the sleeve are different. But they are the same dimensions as the original. So no big deal, just a deeper stem into a deeper hole and a different surface for the TPU sleeve. Can only install from one side. Any other differences are so miner (If there is any, I can’t tell.
