CORE One Setup Assembly (2/4)
Step 12
We are going to attach the Vent-handle to the Top-panel.
Remove the three vent screws (use a plier to hold the nyloc nut in place.

Attach the screw are again, but place the Vent-lever between the Top-panel and the screws.
Step 14
Place the Top-panel on top of the CORE One.
Attach it again with the same nylon rivets being removed before.
Step 15
Finally, route the end of the PTFE-tube through the Panel-plug.
The tube is almost ready to be connected to the MMU3.
Step 16
Please prepare the following parts:
- MMU3-mount (1x)
- M3 hex nut (2x)
- M3x6 screw (2x)
Step 17
Insert the two hex nuts in the MMU3-mount.
ℹ️Make insertion easier by pulling the nuts in place with a screw from the other side.
Step 18
Place the MMU3-mount on the backside of the CORE One. Align it with the slanted holes on the back.
Step 19
Insert the two M3x6 from inside the CORE One, securing the MMU3-mount into place.
Step 20
Prepare the following parts:
- MMU3 unit (1x)
- Slider (2x)
- LGB-bowden-bend
- M3x12 screw (4x)
Step 21
Before continuing, make sure there is nothing attached underneath the MMU3 (e.g. brackets/name-plate).
Step 22
Attach the two Sliders underneath the MMU3 according to the picture. Mind the correct direction. Secure them with four M3x12 screws.
Step 23
We are now going to connect the MMU-cable to the CORE One xBuddy extension board.
Important! The standard MMU-cable is barely long enough for the CORE One Printe setup. To make sure it reaches, try to avoid any slack in the cable. A longer cable can be purchased from Prusa (optional).
